Abstract
Quseir Castle has played a historical role since the era of the Ottoman Sultan Selim Al-Qaatm as the most important navigation route in the Red Sea. Its history includes architecture in building the castle as a military fortress and a center for commercial business and providing services to pilgrims. The research aims to study the geoarchaeological castle with the aim of explaining the role of environmental influence in shaping the surrounding places and how humans interact with what is around them in the environment to carry out their activities and establish their urban shops and the extent to which they are affected by them. And its impact on the occurrence of land change and determining its policies to achieve sustainability. The impact of various weathering processes represents a great danger to the castle due to the building materials made of limestone and clay, and defining important policies for sustainability and preserving cultural heritage enhances national belonging.
