Editors reserve the right to ascertain the quality of all submitted manuscripts, and to decide on their validity for review. 2. Valid manuscripts normally pass through a rigorous reviewing process conducted by highly-professional, internationally-acclaimed, experts whose decisions are final. 3. Rejected manuscripts will not be returned to their authors unless a stamped and addressed envelope is enclosed with the submission. 4. Once accepted for publication, submitted manuscripts become copyright material, specific to this periodical and, as such, cannot be withdrawn by authors for any reason whatsoever, republished or, otherwise, reproduced in any way, shape or form without a prior written permission from the chief editor is obtained. 5. Authors will be notified of the reviewers’ decision regarding their manuscripts’ acceptability for publication as soon as possible. 6. This periodical’s published material is obviously copy-right protected worldwide. Unauthorized infringements of this right will be persecuted to the full extent of the law. Publishing Regulations: 1. Submissions must not have been published, either partially or fully, accepted, or submitted for publication anywhere else in the world prior to the date of their receipt at the Chief Editor’s Office. This includes conferences, award-giving forums and academic competitions. 2. Manuscripts should not exceed 8000 words in English, including tables and charts. At the editors’ discretion, special issues might be dedicated to exceptional pieces of work which may exceed the stipulated word count. 3. Abstracts will not exceed 200 words and should include the paper’s primary objective, method of research and most significant results. 4. A brief CV (not exceeding 50 words), defining authors’ most prominent work, should be included with all new submissions.
